Once you complete all of the requested fields, press the Complete and Send button at the bottom. What To Expect At Your Appointment
At your first visit, you can relax in one of our cozy chairs and take advantage of our generous amenities before your appointment begins. Because you can complete your New Patient Registration online prior to arrival, we can process you in less time and start your visit sooner.
The first time you are in the dentist’s chair, we will discuss your dental health and history, your goals for smile care at our practice, and any concerns you have about treatment. X-Rays
Your initial exam will include the capturing of x-ray images so that we can thoroughly review your dental health. If you have recent x-rays from another practice, please contact them to have your records transferred.
