Continuing the Legacy of Waukesha Dentists
Dr. Kent and Dr. Kristi Davies grew up right here in Waukesha, where their father, grandmother, and great grandfather all practiced dentistry. That makes us the most recent generation in a long history of Waukesha dentists!
We went to different dental schools and have a diverse background in education, but each one of us are here to help you achieve a healthy, comfortable, beautiful smile.
Dr. Kristi Davies
Dr. Kristi Davies headed west after high school, attending Western State College in Gunnison Colorado, and thereafter graduated from Montana State University in Bozeman with a Bachelors’ degree in Wildlife Biology. She moved to Cody Wyoming, serving as an intern with the Bureau of Land Management, and also as a whitewater rafting guide near Yellowstone National Park. It was two years later, while working as a dental assistant, when Dr. Kristi realized her passion for dentistry.
Dr. Kristi earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska. She worked in private practice in Colorado Springs, and there received the ‘Kids in Need of Dentistry’s’ 2008 Volunteer of the Year Award.
In 2010, Dr. Kristi returned to Wisconsin to build Davies Dental and carry on the family tradition with the opening of Davies General Dentistry.
Dr. Kristi is a member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and is the Past President of the Waukesha County Dental Association.
Dr. Kristi enjoys reading, hiking, kayaking, and travels whenever possible.
Dr. Kent Davies
Dr. Kent Davies graduated form Waukesha South High School in 1999. After completing his undergraduate studies at Marquette University, he graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2006. During his time at Marquette, Dr. Kent was a member of the Men’s Tennis team.
Dr. Kent then went to New York City to complete a General Practice Residency in Dentistry at Staten Island University Hospital. During his second year of residency he served as chief resident overseeing all other residents.
Dr. Kent spends a lot of time reading dental journals and keeping up with the latest technological advances in dentistry. He is committed to providing the best possible care to his patients.
In their free time, Dr. Kent and his family like to play tennis, jog, support the local sports teams and spend time with their dogs.
Our family has been treating Waukesha patients since 1902! Our great grandfather, grandmother, father, and their siblings have all been your family's dentists over the generations. Check out our history below:
